Thanksgiving at Greywind

Chef Dan Kluger and the Greywind team are excited to welcome you to Thanksgiving Dinner at Greywind. Enjoy a festive three course prix fixe menu priced at $165/person featuring Greywind signature fall dishes alongside elevated Thanksgiving classics.

Children under 10 years old are excluded from the prix fixe and may order a la carte

Fennel Focaccia with Grape Mostarda, Goat Cheese and Sage
Crispy Potato, Smoked Chili and Buttermilk Ranch and Celery

FIRST COURSE - choice of

cauliflower and romanesco with black garlic and grapefruit
fluke crudo with green apple and horseradish
baby lettuces with tahini, asian pear and sesame
chicken liver mousse, currant jam, crispy quinoa and charred onions

SECOND COURSE - choice of

brandt ribeye steak with romanesco and chimichurri
faroe Islands salmon with mushrooms and lemon
local delicata squash with kale tabouleh
goffle turkey breast with sourdough stuffing and cranberry

FOR THE TABLE: cornbread, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables

OPTIONAL MENU ADDITION: turkey pot pie with apple cider gravy and thyme $28 (serves two)

THIRD COURSE - choice of

winter squash cream pie with ginger and candied pumpkin seeds
local apple sticky toffee pudding with cinnamon cream
dark chocolate tart, salted caramel, burnt marshmallow and crème fraiche ice cream
greywind sundae, waffle bowl, hot fudge, caramel and sour gummies
