The Chef's Counter at Greywind

An invitation to chef Dan Kluger's dinner table for an intimate tasting menu featuring seasonal, local ingredients. 

The Bakery space seamlessly transitions from day to night as the monthly, rotating tasting menu comes to life with counter seating facing the open kitchen. For this month's tasting menu, we celebrate the life of the late Chef Floyd Cardoz and the impact he had not only on Dan Kluger's career but also the influence he has had on American cooking. 

This tasting menu is a selection of dishes inspired by some of Chef Dan's favorite Floyd Cardoz dishes as well as inspired by a few signature dishes from the former Tabla menu that inspired Chef Dan during his time cooking there with Chef Floyd. 

Guests will be welcomed to the dinner with signature cocktails inspired by signature beverages from the Tabla menu with highlights from the 6-course tasting menu including a spring vegetable samosa, a skate dish from early in Chef Dan's career and our version of a traditional Biryani. A portion of proceeds from tickets sales will be donated to The Young Scientist Foundation founded by Floyd Cardoz.
