Don't Judge a beet by it's color.

Greywind, Chef Dan Kluger offers a seasonally-driven, vegetable-forward dining experience that creatively highlights rotisserie cooking. To complement Chef Kluger’s menu, the beverage program has a special focus on small and up-and-coming producers, distillers, and brewers in New York. Adjacent to the restaurant is The Bakery at Greywind, featuring daily fresh baked breads and pastries, sandwiches, and salads, which transitions into The Chef’s Counter at Greywind in the evening.

With only eight seats, The Chef’s Counter is located in the heart of the kitchen and offers a rotating tasting menu inspired by the seasons. This Spring, Greywind will open its intimate cocktail bar nestled below the restaurant, Spygold. The 58-seat restaurant is designed by Parts & Labor Design (other projects include The Grey, Atera, and The Panorama Room). The design of the dining room nods to a modern farmhouse in the Hudson Valley where friends and family gather and features floor-to-ceiling windows, elements of natural wood, bronze fixtures, and natural linens.

The adjacent bakery, which looks into the Greywind kitchen, is centered around a long wooden farm table displaying fresh breads, pastries, and grab-and-go options as well as a collection of cookbooks and pre-packaged ingredients all curated by Dan Kluger. By evening, the bakery transforms into an intimate, eight-seat Chef’s Counter with an exclusive look into the kitchen. Greywind also offers a 14-seat private dining room, perfect for celebrations and gatherings of all occasions.
