Our Story

An elegant, culinary showcase by Chef Dan Kluger offering a locally sourced, seasonally-driven, and refined dining experience in Hudson Yards.

Our Menu

Greenmarket-driven, American cuisine with seasonal, local ingredients at the forefront creating a playful, modern take on recognizable dishes using bold, unexpected flavors. The menu includes a variety of complex plating and cooking techniques while also highlighting the more simple yet classic rotisserie oven.

Our Space

Designed by Parts & Labor, Greywind’s interiors draw on the rich natural landscape of the majestic Hudson Valley set against the raw grit of the Manhattan skyline. Oaks and mahoganies are joined by industrial burnished brass and fixtures, to create an immersive sensorial experience.
