Food & Beverage Director

Erin began her restaurant career working for BR Guest Hospitality, where, over the course of 8 years, she climbed the ladder from server to General Manager, leading multiple teams and being a part of two restaurant openings. She joined Boqueria Restaurants, where she served as GM for over three years, opening the West 40th Street location in the AC Hotel. Her expertise then took her to Nami Nori as Director of Operations, where she helped grow the brand from a single restaurant to four thriving locations. Erin's true passion is leadership, and she believes the foundation for a healthy business lies in the synergy of a caring team with a shared goal. She is excited to be working with such a talented and energetic group of people at Greywind to create meaningful connections in our community.
