Amanda Paolella

Beverage Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Amanda's journey began in Philadelphia at a small sandwich shop called Wrap Shack, which unexpectedly transformed into a vibrant sports bar overnight. This was her first taste of creating a beverage program.

During her 15 years in Philadelphia, she honed her skills bartending at fast-paced Mexican bars, some of the city’s first speakeasies, a fine dining Italian restaurant, and craft cocktail bars. Her move to New York City brought her to High Street on Hudson in Chelsea, where she stepped into her first managerial role just before the pandemic. When COVID hit, she returned to bartending at Cote Korean Steak House. This experience reignited her passion for creating bar programs and managing teams.

She then went to Al Coro, Discolo, and Mels as a floor manager/bar manager, where she truly learned what exceptional hospitality looks like. She believe it’s not just about the guest’s experience, but also about how we treat each other as a team.

As a Beverage Manager, her goal is to create an exciting beverage program that fosters fun and teamwork through education about new products and techniques.
