Grace McLaughlin grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to New York in 2017 and has been working in the NYC hospitality and events industry ever since. She has had the honor of working with some of the brightest minds in the culinary world and curating events for some of the most well-known companies in the nation. Grace joined the Hardscrabble Hospitality team in February of 2025 and is thrilled to bring her expertise to Greywind and Spygold to help curate wonderful events that will lead to life long memories for each and every guest.
